Melinda Bialke

Melinda has been involved with insurance in various capacities for 20 years with a career spanning across Hartford Life, American Family, and Allstate Insurance.

Her commitment to serving others shines through in her work and the community she serves. She thrives in areas where she can be of service along with protecting clients and their families from lifes uncertainties.

She is a passionate business owner wanting the best for her staff and her clients. She enjoys all things insurance and has a reputation for speaking the truth and listening, while offering solutions to your insurance needs with your best interest in mind.

When Melinda was young, her mother passed away and their family was not prepared for the unexpected costs incurred to the tragedy of the loss. She is dedicated in sharing her story and helping other familes so they are prepared and/or have the knowledge needed if an unfortunate loss occurs.

Outside of work, she enjoys being active (yoga/running), the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, two children, and their mascot “Moxie.” (Golden Doodle). Melinda is entrenched in the local community volunteering in schools, church, and many non-profit organizations that help students, children and families. Melinda is a wife/mother/sister/friend and companion to many.

Eric Bialke

Eric focuses his time on agency growth, marketing and business management. Eric’s background includes 20+ years of private equity and relationship management experience where he managed builder/developer relationships across the US and served on the board of the largest private homebuilder in Colorado.

Eric is passionate about environmental stewardship and is an avid fisher and outdoorsman. Outside of business, you’ll likely find Eric coaching youth sports, volunteering in the community/church, enjoying date night with his wife, cooking, and spending any free time with his kids exploring the outdoors.

As an Insurance Agent/Business Partner living in Wayzata for 30+ years with his wife, Charlene, and two daughters, Jim knew many local families and businesses. His knowledge and understanding of the people in this community helped him provide over 1,800+ customers with an outstanding level of service.

Jim understood the importance of building a solid foundation for the future and developing long-lasting customer relationships. He was committed to offering the same level of service he expected from his own business dealings. Jim was passionate in his faith and had written “Gods Will for Me” that has touched and helped thousands of people across the world.  Jim was a mentor, friend and Christ ambassador to thousands and is missed by all those close to him.

Kristie leverages her decades of insurance knowledge and industry experience keeping our customers informed and ensuring they are priority #1 in the ever-changing world of insurance, all with a little southern hospitality!

Kristie’s personal interests include being a mother, sports, scuba diving, hiking, and baking.

Born and raised in MN, ‘service’ is a word that defines my family and what we’re all about. I believe good service comes from kindness and education. 

I want our clients to know what they’re purchasing and how it will affect them.  Educating our clients brings me so much joy; knowing that I am helping them understand their options and empowering them to make good sound decisions for themselves and their families.

Another important part of service for me is reaching beyond our office doors to give back. Giving back and being of service helps me to excel in insurance.

Together with my two children, Dalen and Marlie, our family actively serves our community in a variety of ways, but one of my favorite ways is the involvement of our church’s “Christmas Share” program.

The program is a heart-fulfilling one, and for our part, we often get the honor of purchasing new items for a family in need in our community using funds raised and donated by others in our church and throughout our community.  

We have so much fun with this project and have been able to witness the positive impact this makes first-hand.
